Nécrologie de Judith Hallahan Campbell
Hallahan Campbell, Judith
1963 - 2015
With profound sorrow we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Judy, on Wednesday July 29th 2015 at the Ottawa General Hospital.
Judy and her devoted and loving husband Wayne, were married for 29 years. With great pride and love they raised their three sons, Shayne (Kiah), Patrick and Timothy. Beloved only daughter to her mother Lana Hallahan, predeceased by her father Maurice Hallahan in 2005. Adoring sister to her brother Brian (Briska) who will always hold her closely within their hearts.
A fun loving Aunty Judy to Taegan, Logan, and Morgan, and they delighted in each other's company. Last year Judy and her son Timothy spontaneously joined Brian and his family in the Dominican Republic for a week. Special memories will remain from that happy, carefree time. Also heartbroken is her father-in-law Larry Campbell (late Mary) and her sisters-in-law Sharon (Jack), Sandra (Paul) and the late Marilyn. Sadly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins from Canada, the UK and USA. Judy was especially close to her Aunty Barbara, who was a child when Judy was born and they were like sisters, both enjoying a singular sense of humor.
Throughout her life Judy garnered a truly eclectic circle of friends; each of whom she appreciated and adored with those sentiments returned in full to her. Loyalty and great humor bonded Judy to all who truly knew and loved her. She rejoiced in all her friendships old and new.
We will always miss her beautiful presence in our lives. She touched us all deeply, in so many different ways.
Our family wishes to thank all the nurses and doctors, her colleagues, kind neighbors and friends, who helped Judy through her final journey.
Family and friends are invited to a gathering to Celebrate Judy's life on Saturday August 8th, 2015 at 1775 Ridge Road (home of Kim & John Russell) beginning at 3 pm with memories being shared by family and friends at 4 pm.
